What channels are covered by Social Amplify?
We currently service Facebook and Twitter, with options to subscribe to either or both channels. Google+ is on the cards but doesn't yet provide the interface for us to make this happen.
How many posts will go live each day?
Every day we will post 2 bespoke, hand-written posts on both Facebook and Twitter. You can also opt in to having additional posts on your Twitter campaigns for no extra cost. These are simple, but topical posts that are not necessarily tailored to your business but are often well received by Twitter followers.
How can I trust that High Position will create high quality, tailored posts?
Before posting anything we ask clients to fill out an in-depth questionnaire that covers all bases and lets you provide us with as much information about your business as possible. Once this has been completed our copy team will take it all in and refer to it each time they line up posts for your account.
Can I check in and see what's in the pipeline?
Yes! Our user-friendly dashboard lets our clients log in at anytime and see up to 7 days worth of tweets and/or Facebook posts. You also have the options of editing, deleting or creating your own posts.
Will you post with pictures?
Yes, pictures improve engagement and catch people's eye so we'll often use images from our professional stock resource. We are also happy for clients to provide us with their own bank of images, making your posts that little bit more bespoke.
Can I add my own content?
Yes! We encourage clients to ramp up activity during peaks seasons, relying on Social Amplify as a lifeline of posts that keep your accounts fresh and busy on a daily basis. If you have a sale, promotion or event coming up - you can use your dashboard to schedule in everything alongside your Social Amplify content.
What will I need to do if something changes in the business and we need to update our profile?
That's simple- just email us an updated version of your questionnaire and the content team will update your profile and start working from your new questionnaire within seven days.
What happens when somebody engages with me?
We respect that social engagement is as important as picking up the phone to a customer, so we leave all engagement to our clients. We'll help you set up alerts and get you started with email and mobile notifications for every time a user engages with you - allowing you and your team to step in and take the reins.
Will Social Amplify get me more likes/followers?
We do not claim to directly increase followers or likes, but trends show that over time a client can expect to see changes in their following figures and engagement rates.
Will I receive monthly reports?
You won't need them! The beauty of our dashboard is that you can easily check in and view the latest stats and figures whenever you need them.
Is there a set up fee?
We charge a minimal, one-off fee of just £69.95 per channel. This is used to create your channels (if necessary) embed Facebook and/or Twitter feeds into your website and, most importantly, it allows us to process your questionnaire, making sure our copy team has everything they need to start writing bespoke posts for you.
How long will it take for my posts to get started?
In just 7 - 10 days from receiving your questionnaire you will start to see tweets and posts lined up in your account. The minute you see them in your account, the minute you can start adding your own content, amend current content or even delete posts.
What if I am ready to invest in a fully fledged Social Media campaign?
High Position have this covered too! Instead of our Social Amplify option, we work in partnership with tried and tested PR and Social Media agencies that will strategise, recommend, implement and manage fully-fledged campaigns for you. They will learn your business inside about out and will act as a voice on social media platforms, taking care of engagement and conversations should you prefer not to. They will also deliver campaigns across Linked In, Google+ and other platforms that are not yet covered with Social Amplify.
